Kate Donaldson

Kate began practicing yoga as a way to develop flexibility and to balance out the effects on the body of power walking, running, gym machines, and martial arts. She found that a regular yoga practice provided significant benefits beyond the physical; in becoming a yoga teacher, her wish was to share the full range of yoga’s benefits with her students. In addition to the yoga posture practice, Kate finds opportunities to incorporate breath work (pranayama) and/or meditation into her classes. (RYT-200e and RYT-500)

Laurie Hudicek

Laurie has been practicing yoga for 16 years. She was drawn to teaching after discovering the therapeutic benefits of yoga on the mind, spirit, and body. A professional musician and performer, Laurie uses yoga to help with focus, creativity, and anxiety, and she shares these tools in workshops for musicians. Laurie is inspired by children, and loves to bring yoga, movement, creativity, and meditation to kids of all ages. In her teaching, Laurie encourages strength, power, flexibility, balance and, above all, self-awareness and joy. (YogaFit Certified, AFAA Group Exercise Certified)
